so if we avg the utc modifiers we get -2.66, which puts us right here. Since most of the players are likely from europe/america, I expect most of the average playtimes to be right in the atlantic ocean. What i'm most worried about is the players in western United States and Eastern Europe, because boards with a large playerbase from those regions will have their average line either far left or far right of the atlantic. I think we might be able to get around this by having some kinda shift system. I'll also post this in the alliance discord
