oh
it isnt really forcing it
you cant really force something like that
because it requires you to do nothing
for like
a half hour
and by nothing I mean moving nothing, not even your eyes
though the time limit gets lessened by a few things
comfy factor
having a random bit of whitenoise background to listen to
and
how physically tired you are
and also whether or not you just woke up
because, the first time I did sleep paralysis was when I just woke up and went downstairs to lay on the couch wrapped in my bed's comforter and I listened to either the frequency noise produced by the wall otulet or the fridge and eventually I thought to myself" welp, time to get up"
then I couldnt and I figured out I accidentally got sleep paralysis
at first I tried really hard to move my arms, because in highschool I slept my billion pound backback on my legs crossed while waiting for classes to start and woke up with no feeling but I could still walk if I tried super hard
but I couldnt do jack shit this time
I actually felt a sort of burning sensation when forcing movement
so then I was wondering how to get out of it but
then I just got paranoid because what if ghosts!
and then my heartbeat escalated til it woke my body up
